I once had a pit bull walk up to me when I went out. Tail was wagging so hard half of his body was shaking side to side too. I gave him a pet after asking the owner if it was fine (always ask the owner before touching the dog), and he did that thing where dogs rub their head all over your hand. He also did that pit bull thing where they smile really wide and made noises the owner said were his ‘excited noises’. I always smile when I think about that encounter.
